We're ConnectingDNA Global Pte Ltd — a DNA-Wellness ecosystem that connects biological insights with trusted brands, personalised services, and AI-powered planning.

Our AI Companion (i.e. AI Genie) is your personal, privacy-first guide to understanding your genetic story.

This policy applies to all users of the ConnectingDNA website and mobile platforms, your Bio-Profile and Bio-Plans, our wellness marketplace, the B2B SaaS Vendor Portal, and our AI Genie chatbot.

By using any of our services, uploading a report, or interacting with our platform, you consent to this policy.

You own your data. Period. We don't do DNA sequencing — our vendor partners do. We only store what you bring in, with cybersecurity tighter than a bank vault.

We use AES-256 encryption, ISO/IEC 27001 certification, and PDPA compliance. You can delete your data anytime. Your AI Genie is loyal to you and only you. We will never sell your personal data.

If you ask us to personalise services, we'll only share what's necessary. We'll only email you when it's relevant or useful.

Personal info: name, email, birthday, gender, contact and payment details.

Genetic/biological info: DNA reports from 3rd-party test brands, extracted genetic traits, self-input bio data (goals, height, allergies, etc).

Behavioural & usage data: what you view, click, or buy on our marketplace; what your AI Genie chats with you about (stored securely); membership activity and goal tracking.

We don't collect your spit. Or blood. There are two ways your DNA report ends up in your Bio-Profile: bring your own report from a partnered DNA test brand, or buy through us and consent at checkout to let the partner send your report straight to us.

Your raw genetic data stays with the DNA testing brand. We only store the report and the traits we extract from it.

We help match you with relevant products and services based on your genes — without revealing your actual data to vendors. All genetic trait matching happens inside our walls.

If you buy a DNA-designed product or service and explicitly opt-in, only the relevant genetic traits are shared with the vendor. Vendors never get full access to your profile.

Your Bio-Profile is your private genetic HQ. It is where your DNA traits, health goals, and wellness data live in one place. Only you get the access card.

When you buy a personalised service from one of our ecosystem partners, you will be asked to give clear consent to share only the relevant genetic traits from your Bio-Profile.

The partner sees only what you approve, only for that specific purpose, and never your full Bio-Profile.

We extract relevant traits into your dashboard. We create a "DNA Story" tailored to you. We recommend products and services that suit your genes (without exposing them). We allow you to chat with your personal AI Genie. We help vendors create DNA-based plans — only when you request it.

We will never use your genetic data for selling to third-party advertisers, research without your explicit opt-in, or creepy surveillance.

Our AI Companion only accesses your own data. It doesn't leak, share, or remember your info across accounts. It won't give your info to anyone, not even our staff.

All ingested data is de-identified. Stored across secure servers with strict access controls. Certified with ISO/IEC 27001.

We use encryption at rest and in transit (AES-256 — the same standard banks use). We are fully PDPA-compliant, and we never sell your data.

A. You use it to get service recommendations. Vendors don't see your personal data; we act as the in-between.

B. You purchase a DNA-designed service. When you opt-in, we share only the relevant traits needed to personalise your experience. The vendor never sees your full profile.

We may use your data to send you helpful emails about your health, DNA traits, and rewards. You can unsubscribe any time via the email footer.

We use cookies for remembering your login, for analytics and performance, and to improve our service. You can block cookies via your browser.

You can at any time: access the data you've provided; ask us to delete your data; revoke permission to use it for personalisation; export your data.

To do any of the above, email hello@connectingdna.com. We'll respond within 5 working days.

If you're a wellness vendor using our SaaS tool: your clients' data is visible to you only if they consent. You must comply with all applicable privacy laws. You are not allowed to export, sell, or misuse their data.

Violations will result in immediate suspension.

We store your data until you delete your account, request deletion, or we discontinue the service.

After deletion, your data is scrubbed from our system unless retention is legally required.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make big changes, we'll let you know.
