Partner Terms

We're ConnectingDNA Global Pte Ltd — a DNA-Wellness ecosystem that connects biological insights with trusted brands, personalised services, and AI-powered planning.

Every business in our ecosystem is a Partner. Some Partners also sell products or services through our marketplace — those Partners are Vendors. Every Vendor is a Partner; not every Partner is a Vendor.

To join our platform as a Partner, you must be a registered business with a valid tax ID, be legally able to form contracts, offer goods or services that align with the spirit of wellness, science, and sanity, and comply with applicable health, safety, and advertising regulations in your country.

You'll also need to complete the Partner onboarding process, which includes providing accurate information and uploading credible certifications.

For all Partners: collaborate with us through training, co-marketing, referrals, white-label technology, or events. Use ConnectingDNA branding and approved assets within your authorised partnership scope.

For Vendor Partners: list products and services, use our Smart Matching Engine that reads each user's Bio-Profile and recommends your offerings based on their genetic traits, access the Vendor Dashboard, sync supported calendars, and collect/respond to user reviews.

Partnership pathways: List Your Brand (dedicated storefront on the DNA-Wellness Marketplace), Empower with DNA (add DNA-personalisation to what you already offer), Amplify Your Brand (expert-crafted listings, co-marketing, events, warm B2B referrals).

Do not sell or promote anything illegal, dangerous, or misleading. Do not misrepresent the capabilities of your offerings. Do not upload infringing, obscene, or unlicensed content. Do not use user data outside the permitted scope. Do not circumvent the platform for offline transactions.

You may not replicate, resell, or reverse-engineer the Genetic Multiplier Engine or any ConnectingDNA proprietary technology outside of your authorised partnership scope.

You do not have access to a user's full Bio-Profile at any time. Every Bio-Plan must be reviewed and signed off by a qualified human professional before it goes to the user.

To deliver Bio-Plans, you must complete our DNA-Trained Partner training. Consent first, always. Use only what you are given. One purpose only: genetic trait data may only be used to deliver that specific Bio-Plan.

Handle data securely in accordance with the PDPA. Stored data must be deleted or returned to ConnectingDNA within 48 hours of consent revocation, and within 30 days of completing the relevant Bio-Plan service — whichever happens earlier.

No hoarding. Keep basic delivery records for at least 2 years: date, consented trait identifiers in anonymised form only, and the human professional's sign-off.

All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. ConnectingDNA deducts a service fee/commission on each sale.

Payouts are done monthly or bi-weekly to your designated account. You are responsible for any applicable taxes (e.g., GST, VAT).

We partner with licensed third-party BNPL providers to offer instalment plans. Approval, interest rates, terms, and penalties are governed by the provider's own policies.

ConnectingDNA is not liable for disputes, late payment fees, or rejected applications.

Product fulfilment: via third-party logistics (state estimated business days clearly) or local self-collection with valid platform receipt.

Service fulfilment: in-person appointments at your business address or designated location, or online via legitimate tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).

If fulfilment takes too long, your customer has the right to cancel an order and get an immediate refund according to our Customer Protection Policy.

We're ISO/IEC 27001 certified, PDPA-compliant, and use bank-grade AES-256 encryption.

You agree not to collect, store, copy, reuse, sell, profile, re-market, or do anything sneaky with genetic, health, or personal data beyond what is strictly needed to deliver your service.

You are expected to comply with local privacy laws (e.g., PDPA, GDPR, etc.).

ConnectingDNA uses artificial intelligence to help users discover relevant products and services. It is designed for relevance and discovery only.

It does not provide personalised medical advice, clinical assessment, genetic counselling, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or any form of professional health advice.

You may customize your storefront and reports. We may feature your brand on the marketplace, in newsletters, co-marketing campaigns, or within DNA-based Genetic Multiplier recommendations.

You grant us a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable licence to use your submitted content for platform promotion.

All content on the platform — including animations, product writeups, AI reports, AI Genie, Genetic Multiplier Engine, Bio-Plan generation framework, UX designs, and databases — belong to ConnectingDNA unless stated otherwise.

You retain ownership of your own brand, trademarks, and content, but you may not copy, reverse engineer, or replicate any proprietary part of our platform.

Respond to reviews respectfully, flag false reviews for review, and improve your offerings based on feedback.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your partner account for repeated violations, endangering user trust, consistent underdelivery, or disappearing without notice.

We'll generally give you a heads-up, unless it's a serious breach.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our tools or marketplace after updates means you accept the changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes should be resolved through calm discussion, mediation (encouraged), or the courts of Singapore.
